“This property was of the worst I have stayed at. The gym equipment was broken. The pool was closed for maintenance. There was paper in the hallways on the floor and my room still had leftover food that had molded from guests prior.”

“This was by far one of THE BEST hotels I have ever stayed in. Every staff member was super friendly and helpful, especially Crystal at the desk and Linda the Breakfast Manager. Super clean too. Very comfy beds and a GREAT walk in shower. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.”

“Staff was helpful and friendly. The water pressure in the shower was very low. You had to stand under the shower head a while just to rinse the soap off your body. The light at the room entrance was like a strobe light. For a king size bed they gave you four of the smallest pillows you ever did see, plus they were like sleeping on pebbles. Breakfast was so so. We will not be stopping at this Best Western any time soon.”

“Horrid experience. Room smelled like stale cigarettes and regret, the a/c unit half ass worked and the room was humid and uncomfortable. The cleaniness was far below average from previous stays and as significantly declined ea stay in the last 6 weeks. One of many instances which is the most recent and most horrific, as upon checking the air unit, there was rotten bananas with bugs flying into my face as soon as I lifted the lid to access the control buttons to mess with the air settings. “I had recently stayed at and IHG in Memphis and was really impressed but the one in Texarkana not so much. My room smelled like old musty body odor and the carpet was kinda dingy. I think they should take the carpet out and just have tile. The staff was nice. The stay was good but could’ve been better not worth the price I paid ”
