Downtown Blue Ridge is home to artists and master crafters! Famous to most of North Georgia, Mercier Orchards is a popular stop on everyone's must-do list! During the warmer months, water recreation is a huge part of the culture in the mountains! Boating and rivers galore fill your days with fun in the sun! Come Watch the leaves change and fall from your front porch or spend those cherished holidays with loved ones in ugly Christmas sweaters! Come for an exclusive dream getaway and leave our magical mountains feeling like a million bucks!! Come to Million Air! DOGS ONLY Guests are responsible for any damages that result from pets. No pets on furniture or in hot tub. Any delays in housekeeping because of pet hair on furniture, Guests agree to pay an additional housekeeping fee of a minimum of $25 with a maximum of $250.00 . Any pet hair found in hot tub or filter will result in a minimum charge of $100\. This fee is non refundable. Million Air is a lovely 4 bedroom, 2 and 1/2 bath that sleeps up to ten (10) and offers the following: Fully stocked kitchen with a walk-in pantry, drip coffee maker, and large dining seating 8 + breakfast bar area seating 4 Great Room on the MAIN level with a 50" Samsung SMART TV and gas fireplace (gas fireplace only active Oct 1st - Apr 1st) King Master on the MAIN level with a 55" flat-screen Samsung SMART TV & a private bath with a walk-in shower Communal half bath on MAIN level Queen bedroom on the UPPER level with a 50" flat-screen Samsung SMART TV Queen bedroom on the UPPER level with a 50" flat-screen Samsung SMART TV Bunk beds on UPPER level in Game Room with 2 Queen and 2 Twin Beds Game Room on UPPER level with 2 55" Samsung SMART TVS, pool table, and arcade game Full bath on UPPER level with a walk-in shower Hot Tub Fire Pit Gas Grill PET- FRIENDLY WIFI Fannin County Lodging Certificate #49680 All of our cabin rentals are fully furnished and include a minimum of the following unless otherwise stated in the listing: Fully equipped kitchen: Refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, glassware, utensils, cutlery, pots, and pans. Linens for each bed, 2-bath towels, 1-hand towel, 1-washcloth per person listed on guest list, dresser or closet for clothing storage, central heat & air, washer/dryer, vacuum and/or broom and dustpan, mop, cable or satellite TV, internet, telephone for local calls and propane gas grill. In addition, we provide a complimentary start-up supply of: Toilet Tissue (1 roll per bathroom), 1- roll paper towels, 4- kitchen garbage bags, dishwasher detergent, dishwashing liquid and laundry detergent for at least 2 loads. Many of our cabins include more than this basic list of inventory items. The only items you'll need to bring will be food, beverages, and condiments.
