Our two dogs loved being able to play in the creek. The fenced in area to let me out was very convenient. The rooms were very spacious and comforting. The owners had all the supplies needing for taking fur babies and also extra linens for the beds & towels to dry them with. We loved our stay and will definitely be visiting again! ##### Kirsten B. Anything and everything we needed from a pizza cutter to pots and pans to flashlights and bug spray was available. It was like being home. Literally everything worked in the cabin from the oven to all the lights inside and out. There was even supplies for dogs. The setting outside on the creek was amazing. Very accommodating for our pups, and a nice quaint spot with the creek. Close enough to town and good hikes, but feels secluded. The creek is very pretty. The driveway is very steep, but there is enough space for 2 vehicles to park and even back up and pull out again. (Large truck) The appliances were all in working order and there are plenty of dishes and utensils available. The location is pet friendly and they even had a little snack for our elderly dog. The cabin and property were beautiful. The creek is lovely. The accommodations were comfortable and very clean. We made use of the hot tub, fireplace, grill and fire pit. The location is perfect for quick trips to downtown Blue Ridge and Mercier Farms Apple Orchards. No "oh you can bring your dog but keep them off the furniture" (is that even possible?), and instead there are couch covers and dog blankets for the bed. Then you've got the private dog park across the street which was great to give the pups a place to run around. Beautiful and peaceful. Lots of fun things to do without even leaving the cabin! You can tell the owners put family first but also a place for a group of friends and adults to go to relax and enjoy. Our fur baby felt at home as well. This is definitely on our list of places to stay for our next trip.
