“Great layout, property, and amenities. The game room was the highlight for the kids and adults all weekend. Easy drive into ellicottville, but far enough away from town to enjoy quiet. Owners were very accommodating and easy to communicate with before and during our stay. Thanks for a great weekend!”

“If you want incredibly quiet, this is your place. About 4 miles from Wellsville, this rustic cabin is secluded in the woods. It is older and well worn but sturdy. A lovely deck for reading and relaxing or having coffee. We did not cook food but the small kitchenette is sufficient. Towels and some small toiletries are included. Parking is nearby. And no bears!”

“We always enjoy staying at Colleen's cabin and are grateful that she opens it for guests! It's a well-done hunting cabin that has a lot more comforts than others in the area. Loved the new appliances and spending mornings and nights on the deck. We bring a wifi hotspot from Simple Mobile and are able to get internet while we're there. ”

“We spent three nights in these amazing cabins! the place is beautiful, the cabins and bathrooms super clean and with all you need to have a great and relaxing time. Rebecca was an outstanding host, answering all my multiple questions and checking with us that everything was going well. We spent one day hiking in Letchworth Park (highly recommended) and came back home to use the grill and the fire pit. This place is also great if you are traveling with pets! Our dog was so happy! “We were in town for a family reunion. My wife grew up on this property and the surrounding homes that her grandfather and great grandfather built and lived in for many years. It was good to be back and see that this house has been taken care of and now benefits many that come to Coudersport. We enjoyed reminiscing with family. Louise was a great host. We will be back. ”
