Horrible Marijuana smell all night long, it was like it was coming through the A/C vent. Burn holes in the blankets on the beds, it was gross.

This house was small, cozy and quaint, but definitely did not sleep 10 people comfortably. If it’s just two or three of you looking for something simple, this is the perfect house on the water. Inside quite antiquated. But very clean. You may want to bring your own supplies, linens and such. I would do it again.
