"The staff was friendly and helpful, they let us check-in 1 hour early, they were great with kids, the room was clean except for what looked like a juice stain on the carpet. The heat worked great, it was quiet in the room, and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast had many different options, and the area was kept cleaned and stocked. Check-out was simple and easy as well. The hotel is right behind the mall that has hobby lobby, 5 below, and Marshall's, there is a McDonald's a block away and a gas station right up the street. "
