Nice little old school inn. My room was small but very comfy. They have other rooms sizes. Nice back porch and easy access to downtown and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again. Pet friendly!

Although the property is right on Hwy 321, the room was quiet, and the property on a small pond with chairs and tables was quite charming. The easy walk to downtown Blowing Rock was great. The room had coffee and tea, a minifridge, and microwave as well as toiletries. The only downside was the bed---it dipped in the middle, making a sort of "C" shape, and our feet felt oddly higher than our heads. We'd request a different room in the future, but other than the mattress, the inn was perfect for a fall getaway.

The room was clean but much smaller and older than expected based on the pictures online. The front desk person was very courteous. The great room beyond the front desk was very nice, but doesn't seem necessary if no food or drinks are available there. Also, on a cold Saturday evening, I would've expected a fire going. Otherwise, the place was nice and served its purpose.
