“Great room comfy bed great breakfast. Negative-got there at 8pm after a long 12 hour drive from mana pools, the kitchen staff made us a nice dinner of pork chops and rice but overcharged quite a bit. 15 usd/plate for one chop rice and veggies. But we were grateful to have a meal without having to head back out into town”

“There was no hot water at the property. No sugar or milk was available on arrival. Owner was contacted multiple times on however messages were being read but no response. The staff tried to assist however as the owner was not available they were limited with what they could do.a refund was also requested for part of the stay due to the issues however the owner again did not respond”

“I spent 13 nights. A fairly decent place. The nights were so quiet and peaceful. I had good sleep. The place is being renovated so at times maintenance staff would start work around 06:30. This was quite inconsiderate. I think maintenance work should be done from mid morning to allow guests to rest long enough. The rooms were super clean. “The only issue is that the toilet is open area with curtains to pull across. Would be better if it was closed off for privacy in using the toilet. The rest of accommodation is 10 out 10 with no issues”

“This hotel claims they do not operate through Expedia, arrived at hotel late at night and they claimed to have no record of my booking despite funds having been taken by Expedia (Owner claims he has been trying to get the hotel removed from Expedia for the last 2 years??). Had to spend hours on phone with Expedia, at international roaming rates, to try and get a refund so that we could pay the hotel directly. Accommodation itself was poor, shower spraying into the ceiling with either scolding or……

“Site states it provides free shuttle to and from airport. But staff will try and chest you for 35 usd each way .. in cash ... Had to waste hours with Expedia still site refused tunyil I ask for charge machine and a recite. Too which they finally agree to derive.. do not trust or book. ”
