For us it didn’t quite meet our needs as our dog couldn’t manage the staircase & although we thought we had a shower and separate bathroom we only had a bath. Hot water is at a premium here we found & lacking in water pressure. But truly a great venue if you wish to unplug, & chill. One recommendation I would make, to help dogs relax. "The room was modern and relatively nice. It was by far the warmest hotel room I’ve ever stayed in, on a day that wasn’t overly warm outside. A stand alone aircon unit was provided but it was far too noisy to be able to sleep with. I was given the key to another guests room, who I walked in on asleep at 10.30pm much to his and my surprise. Another room organised relatively quickly but nobody was on site meaning they had to get someone down. Leaving at 7am the next day still nobody on site. No follow up calls or apologies as of writing this 3 days later"
