"This is the second time I have stayed here when there has been an issue with the pool.
(We’ve stayed there many times, just two pool incidents) 1. In winter when they are the only heated outdoor pool
In Boston so we stayed there…. They said it was too windy but it lasted for two days because pool was actually not working. 2. Stayed because of the pool again, it was 95 and planned to be the escape…. They apparently only take reservations, even though we went the day before and the 2 groups before us didn’t have reservations. We literally wanted 15-30 for a quick sip, no towels or chairs needed. Staff told us they needed the clear the pool deck in 15 minutes and after that the day was booked. The pool staff was rude and dismissed us and allowed the others in. My 9 year old looked forward to that specific pool and it’s why we traveled 2 hours to go for a special day. Zero information given at check in about it being full. Management told us to read the fine print next time and they were sorry it wasn’t relayed at check in. I love the Omni. It’s supposed to be higher end but the only thing high is the building and there’s always an issue in the end"
