“The staff was not very accommodating and very rude! My room had a light out, the blow dryer didn't work and others in our group complained also about lights being out, showers not working etc.”

“The room was very gross and needs some serious upgrades! The carpets look like they haven’t been vacuumed. Not well maintained. The lobby door is open all night with no one at the front desk and people constantly standing outside and gambling on the machines in the lobby. We got a room with a pull out couch and they didn’t provide sheets or pillows or blankets for the bed. Would not stay there again!”

“The pool and hot tub were broken, the parking lot looks like a bombed out dystopian sadness, I open the door to the room and think, “I’ll probably be killed in here.” Everything should be burned and just start over. I feel sad”
