Was very Disappointed. First of all I’m a Hilton girl but because of an event that I was a part of we were here at the Delta hotel. My room was not ready at three as told. I even came early to see if I can get in earlier, but it was not happening. I was finally able to get a room at 3:40pm. I asked the girl at the counter. Why was it taking so long and I understood people had to check out but how many Jr suites do you have. She let me know that they take care of their Bonvoy members first and reminded me that I booked through a third-party. For the money I paid for this room I felt taken. The accommodations were not up to par. I should’ve for a junior Sweet I assume that I would at least have a microwave. The Attitude at the front desk was not friendly or welcoming. The room was subpar in the room. There’s an uneven ground that they just laid the carpet over and having neuropathy when I walked on it, it bothered me. While I was asleep at about 3:40 in the morning, the TV comes on and it really disrupted my sleep. To top it off, there was no hot water for a shower. This is why I don’t step out of my comfort zone, meaning being a Hilton girl.
