“The property is close to downtown, absolutely true. BUT, I have stayed in the main floor unit twice and the upstairs unit once over the past 3 years. The property is getting worse. There is NO effort in maintaining much less improving the property.The main shower leaks through to the basement, the smaller bathroom shower has no working light, the oven is broken, kitchen sink constantly leaks, two rolls of toilet paper, and the AC WASN'T working for our stay. “My wife and I stayed here for 12 days to spend the holidays with our daughters and other family. We’d lived in Princeton for 2 years prior to moving to Nashville and so we were familiar with the area. In fact, that was the primary reason for staying there.The location of this apartment is really the best attraction. You are right there in the heart of the town, near restaurants, the University, basically walking distance to everything (except perhaps one of the supermarkets). The apartment……

“The place was clean, nice local, host great. Description of please as lofty and eloquent a real stretch. Blinds on window were of an adhesive variety that i didn’t know existed. Kept falling down. We spent a good bit of time in living room due to long rainy day and furniture very uncomfortable and not enuf. Beds were comfortable. ”

“We only stayed two nights in the property and spent very little time there since we were attending a celebration nearby. The location was great, the unit was spacious and comfortable and very very clean. The beds were terrific. We did not take advantage of the pool or the lovely ground outside, but it looks like a very relaxing place to stay and spend some time. We also did not take advantage of the breakfast Buffet, but that looked very nice as well. We would definitely stay here again.”
