“It was a great size, but smelled like a dog had been there even though no pets are allowed. The water in the showers never got hot. Most of the furniture could be cleaned or replaced - especially the couch and bench at the table. But good location too and 2 parking spots were a plus. ”

“Property was very clean and had a Kuerig so that a plus !! The property manager was awesome, very friendly. The pool was very taken care of as well. We will be back as we stayed at Summer Sands many times. ”

“We had everything we needed. The Home is very clean and there were plenty of games to play when it rained. Thank you for a great stay once again. ”

“Property location is great for walking around to major areas of town. The unit is on the third floor so prepare for several sets of stairs. Patio was enjoyed the most with a view of the water! The kitchen was slightly unorganized and cookware was scattered. Only a few forks available. Unfortunately the fridge stopped working and by the end of our stay our food was spoiled. We have tried getting in touch with host and Hopefully this can be resolved. ”
