“The hotel was new and had a fresh smell. The room was clean and well stocked. The king size bed was very comfortable and the A/C cooled the room nicely. The parking lot was almost full and due to the large amount of guests, the entry was quite dirty yet the attendant who had access to a broom didn’t seem concerned about the negative appearance this gave to the hotel. Upon arrival I used the luggage cart in the lobby and noticed that the top had been installed upside down so the portion……

“Extremely filty room, rust and brown water came out of the shower every time it was first turned on, carpet sticky and smelly, half of the lights and the electrical outlets were not working or missing bulbs, air conditioner extremely noisy and did not cool room, all surfaces grimy and dirty. Missing TV remote and refrigerator was not working. Spiders appeared in the bathroom during the night. Several long term guest sit outside their rooms watching you go in and out of room as though they are……
