"Friendly staff"

"When you entered the lobby, the first floor smelled fabulous when you went up to the second floor and exited the elevator it had a musty smell."

"The first room I was put in was very dark and creepy and I was not comfortable at all. Even with how dark the room was, I could see the bedspread was very thin and old and full of stains. The 2nd room seemed cleaner but only 1 lightbulb worked so it was very hard to tell. The TV remote was sticky. As a single woman, I didn't feel very safe here and would never stay here again."

"This is extremely clean Quality Inn. The bed was great and the bathroom was clean. The breakfast was okay, but there was no yogurt. They had no coffee prepared in the evening. "
