“Host experience. I received a text about 2:15 pm on check in day asking when I was checking in. I said after 4 as in the agreement. I asked if it would be ready and was told it would be. Then about I received a call about 3:30 asking the same question and I asked will it be ready at 4? They said yes, that they were reprogramming the tv and putting up a shower curtain.We arrived at about 4:15 it was not ready. Beds were not finished. "The hotel is very close to scenic spots, making it convenient to visit places like Ruby Falls. As it is a pet-friendly hotel, the hygiene conditions may not be maintained. During our stay, the hotel experienced a power outage in the afternoon for a long time, which greatly affected our accommodation experience. When booking the room, the hotel indicated the availability of electric vehicle charging stations, but upon arrival, we found that there were none. The hotel breakfast was very good.The front desk was very friendly."
