“Beautiful property situated less than 100 feet from shopping and dining, but wonderfully quiet in apartment - couldn't ask for more! Was concerned at first at steep stairway entering (a bit afraid of heights if I have to look down), but used back stairs the rest of the time without any issue. Laundry on site was a big plus. Kitchen spotless; apartment tasteful and comfortable - thank you for a wonderful stay, David!”

“Kitchen was big and nice. A few small things. - Portable dishwasher was not actually connected to water source and so couldn't be used, but there was nothing to let us know that. It was actually plugged in; we left it unplugged.- A teakettle would have been nice as it would notify us when water we put on the stove reached the boiling point.- The toaster was very cheap and burned toast on the top while not cooking the toast in the middle. “Immediately upon entering found a cockroach in the house. Reached out to host and she could careless. Told me i needed to sweep it up and dispose of it. Took a chance with a different vrbo because our normal spot was taken this trip to havelock and boy did everyone in my party regret it. This house is beyond gross. Every single person with me asked multiple times about the normal place we rent and how this one was much worse quality and the house being gross. Not to mention all the shotty work……

“The price was right but that is it. No hot water in the kitchen sink, the mattress needs to be replaced, the outlets in both bathrooms don't work, the controls on the heat AC were locked in place and you could not reprogram them, some of the pillows on the bed stunk, there is a rodent of some sort underneath the stairs making noise. I cannot recommend staying here at all. ”
