Where not to stay for any price.
Did not stay, was not B&B as advertised, no breakfast nor dining room as shown on advertisement, was not even a hotel, just a tiny room to let that does not get cleaned and strong smell of urine throughout the entire small studio flat or whatever that was! I paid £560 for absolutely nothing and now fighting for my money back that I was scammed out of by Hotels.com.

Lovely lovely owners, can’t fault them. But the cleanliness of my room could have definitely been improved, my bedding was stained, maybe not been changed since the last guest? But I still would reccomned to stay here it’s right on the seafront, we had an amazing view and it’s super close to everything. Also if you click on the option pay half now and half at property it never comes out I ended up paying full price at the property.

The original advertisement for the B&B and room only, implied bay window type room. But in reality was rear room, en-suite, wash hand basin side of bed. Very creaking floor in en-suite. No shower mat. We had to use one of the two towels provided. Not impressed.

Did not stay at all, room was not ready and nobody there to greet us want my money back please. The owner said we could look at two apartment and the one which I thought I was getting with the bay window on their advert was occupied by owner.

Short stay at the Pembroke
The experience was actually lovely. The owner had just taken over at the Pembroke and had been left in a bit of a poor situation from the previous owner. Despite that, he was really lovely, gave us recommendations about where to go, the go to places to eat and things to see. The room had a fantastic view of the sea front and was really close to everything we needed. The owner was in the middle of renovating the whole hotel but we weren’t disturbed by any noise at all, I’m sure we will be back when you’re all up, done and ready.
