“The AC was amazing and the man at the front desk was very nice and friendly. The property itself wasn't the most up to date and the bed was extremely firm. Luckily there was a cote in my room for some reason and that was extremely comfortable so ended up sleeping in that. Needed some updating for sure but was clean enough save for a few hairs in the washroom, no bugs. Good for a one night stay.”

“Room was tiny and outdated. It looked like it hadn’t been properly cleaned and was in very rough condition. The bathroom had hairs on the floors and was very dirty. Overall, it was a terrible stay when I walked through the door I had to yell to the employee sitting in the back with an open door in a clear view of me standing at the front desk because he was too busy on his phone.”

“Clean room, nice breakfast. Convenient to highway and easy to get to downtown Waterville. Staff was very friendly.”

“We had a wonderful stay! The cabin was beautiful, it was so spacious and well maintained. A peaceful spot on a lake very close to Sturbridge. We would absolutely return.”
