Walking in front of the hotel, I was very disappointed with how dirty the exterior was. However, the rooms were decent. The swimming pool was okay. Breakfast was okay. The customer service was great. That being said, I will never book this hotel again.

The shower didnt provide hot water it would be hot for a few mins and go cold so couldn’t take a full shower my whole stay. The bedding was stained and there were water stains under the sink from previous Leaks so the room had a musty smell to it unless had the air running constantly. Not happy about the extra security deposit that was not mentioned upfront or that upon making the reservation I was told payment was at checkout not charged in full as you checking.

Thank you to housekeeping and Nelly for calling me right away after checking out to let me know I left behind a bag in the room. Breakfast was good, different options, fruit, pastries etc. Room was clean and we were also able to do early check in. Definitely would stay here again.

The only concerns that I had at that particular location is I had to wait almost 45 minutes for my reservations to be sent over from Expedia, which was a little concerning, but other than that the representative that helped me with extremely patient and very helpful
