“On the first day when we wanted to use the toaster to prepare for breakfast, it was so dirty that we had to give up. The inner side of the rice cooker was rusty and we couldn’t use it. Even the staff helped us to replace another one, the new rice cooker still didn’t work. The bathroom and kitchen floors were dusty. “Host was not accomodating at all. Excuse after excuse as to why things were not done. The lawns were 2 foot high but excuses about previous rain was why the lawns were not mowed. The BNB was dirty on arrival yet the host had the audacity to charge extra for our puppies (which we had already advised that we were travelling with) plus the host decided to charge extra for turning up an hour earlier which I believe is not legal to do. We had no sooner than arrived & the host was at the door……
