"We waited at least 10 minutes for someone to show at the front desk. When he finally showed up, he did’nt even say sorry and neither say hello. He asked for the credit card and my driver licence, took the depot. We asked for some cue for restaurant around the hôtel, he said yes there are some! I had to ask him for name and direction otherwise, he would have not gave me any! At our departure at 6:15, no one showed up at the front desk for 15 minutes! We left the access card on the counter and left with the shuttle! At least, the shuttle driver was nice. The room was great. First, and last time at this hotel"

"The rooms are a bit dated but overall this is a very nice hotel. The rooms are real suites with a living room and a bedroom. Very nice breakfast with real cooked-to-order eggs."

"The breakfast selection was nice, but wasn’t anything over the top. It was pretty simple and straightforward. Nice to have the option. Parking was fantastic super easy. Lots of space. The room was mostly clean, but there was definitely details. Missed there was something smudged on my shower curtain, which doesn’t feel great. You can tell the hotel is a little bit older and yet they do a nice job. There was a mistake made where somebody was trying to get into my room because they wrote down my room number even though the keys were not programmed to my room. It was a little unsettling to have somebody trying to get in, but I ended up opening the door to let them know that this room was occupied and then called the front desk. They said that the person never had access to my room and apologized, but that experience is unnerving. I felt brushed off like what happened wasn’t a big deal. The positives are there is a ton of space in the room. Bed was comfortable."
