"was not clean back porch was dirty and house is in need of repairs. Shower leaks flooring popping up sheets needed changing sofa bed filthy. back porch was dirty in need of pressure washing. Not enough outdoor lighting. House did not live up to VRBO listing. I thought we were getting a better house than last year and was very disappointed. Paid more thinking I was getting a better place. "

"We stayed for the Sealy big bass tourney weekend and you cannot find a better place to rent. Everything about the house was perfect. The layout of the house is perfect and it has a fenced in yard which was perfect for my dog to stretch his legs out. It has a covered parking for the boat and it is located away from everyone else. It is excellent. Thank you Mr Mike."

"This is a very nice garage apartment.. The interior is nice and we were comfortable inside. It is on the lake. But the downside is that the owners have a full view of every outside move you make, except the upper balcony which offers some privacy due to the palm trees. We are in our 60s, live in the city, so we wanted a private get away on the water. I really wasn't comfortable outside. To be fair, I never saw the owners in their back yard. But there is an open view from their home all the way to the lake in the rental. Finally, the double garage which is part of the rental structure is occupied by them and the garage door opening before day break awakened me on Sunday morning.. "
