“Heater in my original room was broken, at first I was told to wait until 7am when maintenance would be there. When I said I'd just take a refund I was instead moved to another room. This room was full of black mold on the ceilings and corners. Little flying bugs everywhere. And the bed looked like it was already slept in.”

“Staff at front desk and in restaurant were less than good.”

“Last minute stay, great experience. Loved the employee of the year!”

“We loved our stay! The host was exceptional, the house was amazing and the spot on the pond was beautiful. It was perfect for celebrating our son's graduation with our extended family. Elena was a wonderful host and she thought of everything we would need. The house was exceptionally clean and well appointed. We would love to stay again!”

“When you book a standard king room, the picture shown is NOT the room you are actually getting. The room shown has vinyl flooring and new updated furniture. The room you get is extremely outdated with dirty furniture, gross rug and old bedding. There is no elevator and your rooms are accessed outdoors. Breakfast was ok, but the breakfast area was not well maintained with overflowing trash and dirty tables. After dark outside going to our room, I did not feel safe with people hanging outside. ……

“Great place clean and comfortable great host”
