“Bad: The room needed repairs. Broken countertop by the sink and window frame was scratched and faded. Sheets had stains, we had to ask for new ones to make the bed ourselves. We couldn’t get the internet to work. Front desk reset it and it worked but found out we couldn’t log in to any apps, even though they showed Netflix, Paramount and Hallmark channel on the TV when you turned it on. Staff said they were just advertisements?! Breakfast was not good. Sausage gravy was plain and runny. Coffee……

“The breakfast was good, but we had a double queen suite and the beds were not queens. The toilet was leaking and wouldn’t flush properly so we had to get plunger from front desk. The hallway had holes in the carpet in a few spots. But it looked like they were fixing up some rooms. It was very quiet though. Just biggest complaint was beds and toilet.”

Only complaint I have, was the smell of grease/food that filled the hotel, including my room the one night. It was strong enough to wake me up.
