"112 has mold in the air conditioner and some random white powder on the hair dryer. The floor was so dirty that after your shower, if you walked on it barefoot, your feet would turn black. Our other room was fine besides the floors. The lady at the desk was rude. There was 5 of us splitting 3 towels and we went and asked for more. She told us to “make sure they were all there” when we left as if we wanted to steal some low quality towels? Girl, bye! I got better towels at home. That is not a way to treat guests. "We were greeted promptly and courteously. Our reservation was in place as we expected. That part was fine. But our room was simply unacceptable. There was an odor in the hallways that smelled stale. Unpleasant. But finding food (crushed poptarts and raw pasta) in the drawers was gross. But even worse was when we found food crumbs in the bed. The room was in need of a big upgrade. Quite frankly, we will not be back when we are in the area again."
