Beyond the call of duty
The receptionist was extremely courteous and helpful. The hotel doesn’t have an elevator however the receptionist carried all our luggage to our room. The room did not have a microwave but the receptionist offered to heat anything we needed including popping our popcorn and bringing it to our room. He went beyond his duties to make us comfortable.

The staff was really great, very helpful and friendly. A great breakfast was provided. The amenities were great as well. It's also in a great location. It's close enough to everything close, but also feels that it is in its own little private area.

Como um dos 3 Recantos, são todos top, acima da média de seus concorrentes, super limpos e bem administrados, a equipe de atendimento muito bem treinada, estão de parabéns, se for para ajudar a melhorar, minha única observação seria para uma melhor seleção da qualidade (aparência) das frutas, especificamente das peças de mamão oferecidas.

De modo geral adoramos o hotel, localização excelente, café da manhã maravilhoso, a limpeza é impecável. Mas, importante mencionar que no quarto onde ficamos, havia pouca ventilação, onde foi necessário usar o ar condicionado constantemente; não possui secador de cabelo sendo necessário solicitar na recepção por ser dividido com outros hóspedes; pouquissimas tomadas o que dificultou o carregamento de celular por ex, não possui TV a cabo, estacionamento com poucas vagas, o carro teve que ficar em uma obra ao lado do hotel.

A estadia foi ótima! O hotel tem uma excelente infraestrutura e localização, todos os funcionários são atenciosos e simpáticos, o café da manhã é gostoso. Ficamos muito confortáveis e com vontade de voltar! Apenas sugerimos que avisem antecipadamente aos hóspedes de que o bar e a cozinha fecham às segundas-feiras para que possam se organizar e não contar com o serviço no dia. Uma placa ou aviso no checkin resolveriam isso :)

A experiencia por um todo foi maravilhosa. Hotel muito bem localizado, de frente para o canal, proximo de bares e restaurante. Um pouco distante da praia para ir andando, mas nada que seja incomodo. Funcionarios excelentes, super gentis e atenciosos. Preços justo, comida e drinks excelentes!! Minha única dica é que nao fique no quarto de número 1. Foi onde fiquei e por mais que seja super aconchegante, fica ao lado da recepção e da pra escutar tudo, então pra quem dorme até mais tarde ou quer mais privacidade, não recomendo. Mas isso não tira o fato da experiencia maravilhosa que foi e que já quero voltar!

Hotel maravilhoso, a vista para o canal é linda, a piscina muito boa, o café da manhã muito gostoso. Meu quarto tinha local para estender as roupas isso é algo que muitos não tem. A única coisa foi a cama que não achei muito confortável, tinha molas, tirando isso tudo maravilhoso.

Bom custo benefício, mas com ressalvas.
Ficamos hospedados no início de 2024 e o custo benefício foi bom. Localização do hotel excelente, na mesma rua de diversos bares e restaurantes. Realmente no coração do bairro da Passagem. Eles contam com estacionamento gratuito para hóspedes. Muito bom! Ficamos no quarto triplo com sacada e ele era bem amplo. Banheiro grande, apesar de não ter janela, mas o sacada era basicamente inexistente. Era uma area externa no térreo, virada para uma parede de concreto. Não achei que valeu a pena pagar mais por isso. Trabalhei do hotel por dois dias, mas infelizmente não tem estrutura alguma na área externa de lazer para isso. Não tem nenhuma tomada perto de mesas, por exemplo. Talvez hoje em dia com o home office em alta, valha a pena pensar nesse ponto. Na descrição do hotel diz ter secador de cabelo, mas no final das contas parece que tinha apenas um que ficava na recepção (se é que tinha, porque nem vimos), mas simplesmente todas as vezes que solicitamos diziam que “estava ocupado”. Área da piscina é gostosa, com vista para um canal bem movimentado e que de lá partem vários embarcações de passeio.
