“Good hotel for who has a morning flight from VCP airport. Maybe they should have a free transfer incuded in the fare rather than charging 40 BRL (8 USD) for a 5 minutes drive with their own suggested driver. Looks more elegant when it is included.”

“Overall is a calm and nice hotel. However, be extra careful with mosquitoes there since it's associated with dengue fever. The hotel is beautiful, which it has its garden, plantation, and swimming pool. Breakfast is okay. Not much choices but the fruits are good. Recommended for friends and/or familis to pass a day or two here.”

“I would honestly tell anyone to steer clear of this hotel. The only reason I gave two stars to the staff was because the person who checked me in was friendly other than that this hotel is pretty awful. I had breakfast and I took one bite of the sausage and realized it was rotten. The sauna looked like it hadn’t been clean in years. Other than that first staff member, the other staff cared about your experience at the hotel when we brought up some concerns. I’m almost certain I got food……

“The hotel is comfortable. Good common place and nice view at the back side of hotel. It's generally quiet, but at night, the air conditioning could be bothering. It's better to sleep with the A/C off. Breakfast is good. But the scramble eggs are kind of dry and ordinary. Avoid the food (ie. dinner or room service) ordered from the hotel since the food are extremely salty - and ironically they offer additional sacks of salt for you to "add to your taste." Although the hotel is located……

“酒店各方面都不錯，但退房時住宿與早餐的帳單是分開兩張收據開給的,我們要求將兩者開成同一張發票上，酒店堅持不給開，說是法規規定酒店跟早餐的錢是不能開在一起的。但我們住里約熱內盧同樣的 Ibis 酒店就可以開在一張發票上 , 為什麼里約可以，聖保羅市卻不可以，這點是我們最不滿意的地方。 All aspects of hotel are good, but the Accommodation and Breakfast Bill is separate from the two receipts made out to, although we asked to combine these two items to open on the same invoice, the hotel insistsed on not to open, said it is their regulations defined that the hotel room rate with breakfast fee can not open together. “The hotel has very nice quality of buffet breakfast, really enjoyed it. Conveniently located between city center and freeway (closer to freeway), which gives you the convenience of accessing both. The rooms are old, and a bit dusty on the floor, and has only few sockets usable. Only one chair at my room, which I wonder where should another person be sitting at?”
