“This is a really good hotel. The breakfast is awesome and the 1600 afternoon included snack is almost like a dinner. The hosts are super helpful with any questions you may have. They also gave us a shuttle to the bust station to catch the cortina express bus. Will stay there again next year.”

“The hotel is advertised as a 4 star and the hotel sign shows this too. There’s parking at the hotel which is great to see and the two reception staff were polite. We noted the good reviews and it may just be that we had a poor experience. Our room was unclean with the carpet appearing not to have been vacuumed for a while. The toilet seat was chipped, the curtains did not meet to darken the room at night, the bathroom radiator had stained the floor with leaks and the hand soap dispenser was no……

“The room initially looked great having recently been renovated and they had “upgraded” us. The views were incredible. We paid a premium (£380) for air conditioning as it was during the heatwave. We heard running water and realised it was coming from the air conditioning unit which was pouring water out on the wooden furniture and floor. We turned it off and mopped it up with towels. When we told reception they assured us it would be fixed while we went out for a meal. On our return it was still……
