We had a really comfortable stay at Flower Pyramids Inn. The staff were really friendly and helpful. The view of the pyramids from the rooftop terrace was really nice. The breakfast included a nice variety of traditional options. The room itself that we stayed in was spacious and clean. Highly recommend if you are staying in Giza!

For the price the hotel was decent. It was clean enough, bed was comfortable, they had towels and shower gel, hairdryer, AC, really good fridge, kettle with tea and coffee, but did not have items such as shampoo, toothbrush and paste so bring your own. Shower was ok, the water temperature constantly kept changing and be prepared for the water to come out near the toilet floor area as the shower is an open one with no door. Balcony had a view of the town and you can see the pyramids however, it was very dusty. Housekeeping was little to none, always had to ask for things such as more toilet rolls etc. and you don’t get daily cleaning. Outside the hotel is VERY LOUD, constant traffic and car horns beeping throughout the day and night which can be heard from the room. The room is also right next to the reception desk which felt like they can hear everything you are doing and saying. The area outside is not the cleanest as well. But if you’re not too fussed about it being noisy and very busy outside, then the hotel is good.

The manager lied to us and said we needed to move from the room we paid for because it was leaking beneath and put us in a smaller, less comfortable room with no nightstands, a chaise instead of a third twin bed and inconsistent hot water in the shower… all of which we had in the original room that we RESERVED AND PAID FOR! Then, he put three young women in the room WE reserved and paid for that same day. Moreover, the manager was extremely controlling, trying to force us to only use services within his network that he could profit from, including: transportation, food, and shopping! There was often a heavy smell of either cigarette smoke or incense at different times during the day and night. The so-called sidewalk in front of the hotel was rocky, uneven, with holes. There’s only ONE extremely small elevator that barely fits two people, has an uneven threshold, and has one door that pushes out and pulls in; if you don’t open it fast enough, it will go to the next stop.
Also, the address to and name of hotel are different from what they are listed as on Expedia, making it difficult for uber drivers and taxis to find. It’s just not handicapped friendly.
The area is extremely noisy and someone is constantly trying to sell you something or beg for money when you go outside, especially children.
I would not go back there or recommend it to anyone that I cared about.
