Marina on reception was fabulous, the location and view of the pyramids from the restaurant (located in the building next door)is spectacular. The pool is inside in the hotel right next door. The rooms are small but clean and all you need for a short stay.

Had a great stay at Jasmine Pyramids Hotel in Giza! The room was very clean, and the bathroom was lovely—especially the shower, with great water pressure and consistent hot water. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. They accommodated both an early check-in and a late checkout. One night, I got back from a music festival at 4 AM, and a staff member even offered to order food for me through his own app. That’s hospitality! Breakfast was nice, and the rooftop restaurant at the neighboring property had amazing views of the pyramids. They asked for a good review, and they absolutely earned it. Highly recommend—I’d definitely stay again!

The property manager was wonderful and extremely helpful!! They arranged private tours for my daughter and I in Giza and Cairo. The guides were excellent! They also arranged a 4 day/3day Nile cruise with guides at the last minute. They also helped me find flights. They went above and beyond!! My daughter and I had a fabulous trip and I would go back again!!

The airport shuttle was nice to have but unless you are staying for at least 3 nights there is a $30 charge which Expedia just says “included,” and then you find out after booking. It is about a 25-30 minute walk to the Giza complex entrance. When we asked the front staff the best way to get there and if we could walk they tried to sell us an all day guide then offered us a $35 driver.. so we walked it and it’s not the easiest walk, little sidewalks, busy streets to cross with no cross walks. After the first day we started using uber and it would have been a $2 ride. There is no pool, no bar/terrace/restaurant. The WiFi didn’t work in our room the whole time so I used up all my eSIM data, also meant no tv channels or Netflix on the tv, had no internet connection. So I feel like very falsely advertised on Expedia. The friendly staff let us check in early for free, the breakfast was really good and the staff there were great, the room was great, large and clean.. except for the shower head that fell off when I tried to adjust the shower head. The ac was strong. Overall we were satisfied with our stay but I wouldn’t choose this place again.

The hotel is in a great location near the pyramids although the area is run down for such a big tourist destination. The staff are friendly and will help with anything if needed. The hotel shows a pool when you book and states in the description that there is a pool but it is not in use. The breakfast buffet is nice but just ok compared to other hotels. The airport shuttle can be used one way only, not both. The hotel is ok but the description they give when booking is not 100 percent accurate
