The gardens are amazing, the room clean & staff very attentive. I had a lovely massage whike staying there.
The included breakfast was excellent.
The price of the beer & wine was very expensive though. US$10 for small glass of wine.
Understand this is a non drinking culture but even a wine at the fantastic Kfuhu Restaurant in the Pyramids complex was cheaper.

The bathroom needs renovations. I also had to ask for the water to be fixed twice as there was no hot water unfortunatel. Housekeeping could be better too as the room wasn’t cleaned very well.
However staff were really nice and friendly. Especially the waiters, front of house and drivers.
It’s a nice place. I would stay again. Only thing I don’t like much is that the rooms are very far from lobby and everything. Room service is ok, but you call them for them to bring the menu. Why not to keep the menu in the room? And food is good but very expensive compared to any other place in Egypt. Buffet is usd 37 per person and doesn’t include drinks. I find it excessive. And… the drinks in the mini bar are HALF price of room service (before service rate) … I think they have a lot to improve but good enough to give them 4 stars
A short term stay! Had a very large booking that was arranged by Mohammed at the reception very smoothly and quickly, incredible spa services from Heba and Jihan would highly recommend! The rooms were great standard rooms and great for short stays especially if going to the local airports nearby! The staff are amazing and always come around to ensure everything is going well and if we required anything for our rooms. The food and alcohol was a little bit over priced in comparison to what we had been paying in other areas and hotels! You will require to catch local transport or taxi’s as it is away from the city. The overall experience was great and would highly recommend again! Thank you!
Absolutely love the design of the resort. You can find the swimming pool and well maintained gardens, which are a true gem of the hotel. Friendly and helpful staff make you feel like at home. Delicious breakfast and dinner served ever single day. Resort is located close by to the Sphinx airport and the Pyramids of Giza.Would definitely go back there again.
What a wonderful place! As a woman traveling alone in Egypt, it was so important to me to feel safe, not to mention pampered while I was there. The staff was exceptional, fabulous entertainment, delicious food, and a very accommodating spa to enjoy as well. I would absolutely stay here again when I return to Egypt!

The front office was really helpful they was very nice people
The hotel is conveniently located near the Pyramids and the Great Egyptian Museum. The staff was friendly and the premises was nice and in a garden like setting. The breakfast was excellent and had plenty of options. Since the hotel was out of the way near the Pyramids, the only dining choice was the hotel restaurant. There are no other restaurants nearby.
The property was beautiful, staff was very friendly, services were great, food was delicious. The only down falls were the location is very far from many of the museums/places to visit and visitors are only allowed in lobby and maybe pool side. So if you are visiting friends or family keep that in mind if wanting to book here. You may have to go elsewhere to have visitors.
Nice enough hotel.
STAFF – all great. We had two issues whilst we were there which we dealt with quickly. The safe in our room didn’t work and was replaced within the hour. Our Expedia booking included round trip airport transfer. When trying to book this they initially advise that they only offered a one way service to the hotel. On showing the Expedia booking stating round trip they did arrange this though.
FOOD – the breakfast buffet had lots of choice. The kitchen staff were very attentive to the food that was running low and topping it up. The evening buffet had very little variety between nights - we stayed 6 nights and noticed that the dishes were largely the same but given a different name. The food we had off the a la carte was nice.
SITE/ROOMS – well maintained and clean. The design of the rooms as individual units meant that sound from neighbouring rooms couldn’t be heard. On a couple of occasions heavy cigarette smoke came through the air conditioning
We had a room close to the pool. On our first night there was an event with live music played outside loudly until after midnight (to the extend that if we stood outside our room our apple watches gave an excessive noise warning). Fortunately that was one off and other events didn’t spill outside. Not sure if this is a regular event though as there seemed to be a different event each night.
It did the job for us as a base to see all the sites in Cairo.
The property is very nice, even though it is not new. The grounds are beautiful, the breakfast is good. And the staff are very friendly. The road the ptoperty is on is undergoing a lot of consrtuction to get ready for the opening of the Grand Egyptian Museum.
This cators to the Western visitor, and is not suitable for the Muslim visitors as the main focus is a swimming pool next to a bar with dancing open unyil 3:00am.
Pool & leisure facilities excellent, wonderful massage service in the spa, genuine resort atmosphere. Service really good, rooms are clean, staff friendly and helpful. Food was ok, nothing special but plentiful via the buffet facility and at the poolside. Prices seemed high for the food as they did for transport which is essential given that the one downside of the hotel is that it is isolated on a main road, you can't really walk anywhere. $28 plus tips to get to the nearby new museum and back seemed high. But $50 plus tips for a dedicated car and driver for 4 hours to go to the Giza plateau felt better. We would definitely stay again.
Jaz Pyramids is a wonderful hotel. We arrived late but because of our VIP status, we got a free transfer from the airport to the hotel and was very happy to see them waiting outside the airport, despite being delayed. The hotel staff at reception was very friendly and welcoming. We were taken to our room which was further away from reception but surrounded by beautiful gardens. The rooms were very quiet and spacious. Facilities were nice and shower was excellent. Bed was comfy! We ordered room service at 1am and it was delicious and fast! We enjoyed the pool in the morning but didn't have breakfast so I can't comment on that. Pool service was good. We only stayed for one night but left out bags there whilst we visited the GEM museum. They were very accommodating with our bags. Definitely would stay here again.
So a few things. First of all, the place was really beautiful and clean so that was very nice. Peaceful as well. The breakfast was good. But the a la carte menu, HORRIBLE don’t go there. The quality of the food is really not well and overpriced for Egypt. Don’t book their transfer because it’s 10x more expensive than an Uber.
I love the vintage feeling, kind of art deco. Not modern, but lovely, comfortable and very cozy! The gardens are wonderful, and a lot of people taking care of it 24/7. A peaceful and beautiful oasis, in the middle of the hectic life and maniac traffic outside.
Most of the staff are VERY nice and helpful, especially front desk at night and service around the rooms. Some on the other hand in the restaurant, don’t feel genuine interested, but quite pushy for a good review. Food in the pool-bar take ages to come, and the quality poor. We where complimented, so nice service, but can’t really recommend to eat here.

Good place overall away from the chaos of Cairo and Giza. However, the walls are extremely thin and you can hear everything from other rooms. Breakfast and dinner are ok, nothing to rave about. Be careful with the Taxi guy at reception, he will quote you mega overpriced trips.
