“The breakfast and customer service is excellent I love it”

“The hotel itself was pretty, and the buffet was surprisingly excellent. There’s a putt putt course there, but they don’t even turn the lights on at night. So don’t plan on using it after the sunsets. The Mexican restaurant that you have to have a reservation for isn’t really worth the time or effort. The main buffet is beautiful and has tons of options. Very family friendly. We stayed in one of the Casitas, they packed so much furniture in there you can barely move around it. Overall, it was a……

“This is not a resort. It’s basically an apartment complex with a pool and a tiny restaurant + reception.”

“Overall we had an amazing stay and this is a great base if you want to go Cala hopping/exploring this part of the island! With that being said, there were definitely some things about our stay that could have been improved upon. ROOMS: The rooms were very nice, spacious and clean. However our refrigerator did NOT work, and they didn’t come to fix it even after we asked. So we couldn’t store any of our leftover food or drinks during the 4 days we were there which was frustrating as paying for……

“Personal sehr unfreundlich, für alles extra Geld verlangt. Pooltücher wurden nur gegen Gebühr getauscht und das Essen war sehr eintönig und nie gekennzeichnet.”
