Appropriately named, this is a cool house, with a really cool view!! Single level, short walk to Moonstone Beach or West Village, spectacular ocean views, deck, washer / dryer, 55 inch TV over the fireplace in livingroom, Tv in the master bedroom, VCR, WiFi Internet, gas BBQ, wood burning fireplace and garage.
