This venue provided a very clean, quiet location. Centrally located. The neighborhood is a bit older, but once inside rooms are very clean, some of the furniture was a bit dated, but comfortable. And, it had air conditioning, in room sauna, and some units had washer:dryer. There are a Limited number of units - (6) so book in advance. Our balcony overlooked the Campbell River. Bald Eagles flew right past our location on the river. (Photo or our view.) Close to marina, casino, hiking, grocery store and restaurant. Bill helped check us in on site. He was very patient with our late arrival. Also spoke with sunny / she provided great advanced info. We highly recommend and hope to stay here again! We were on the ground floor with two bedrooms and one bathroom. Kitchen is fully stocked. The only reason why I did not give 5 stars is because the two bedrooms are very light. You might not be able to guess what you might discover as you enter the property. It was very well kept and maintained. The kitchen was very well equipped with utilities. We had an amazing stay. The property is very well managed. In the positive side, the in suite sauna and view of the river were appreciated. The kitchen was decently appointed and the suite was very clean. On the negative side, the building has almost zero soundproofing and was brutally loud. You can literally hear conversations from the surrounding units. I would recommend staying on the top floor to avoid some of the noise iverhead. The area immediately around the hotel is a little sketchy, but there are some decent coffee shops a few blocks away.
