There was a bad snow storm, and it was not possible for me to get there, I notified them well in advance. Although the Inn’s policy is to bill only one night for a no-show, they billed me for two nights. This was in spite of the fact that they were able to put other guests in that room l, and they sold out the Inn for the night of February 18, (and likely for February 17 too). Because of the age in the building and the wood construction, it lacks a little bit of soundproofing, but overall we enjoyed our stay. From the moment we checked in, everything felt warm and welcoming. Our room was stunning ! spacious, sparkling clean, and beautifully designed. We especially loved the large bathtub and the little touches like the tea/cookies in the room. The whole place has such a unique, old-world charm and cozy atmosphere. Pub has great breakfasts. Sasha at the front desk was a delight. All staff were friendly. We wish the light from outside could be blacked out better. That's our only complaint.
