“The boxcar was remodeled with a very workable floor plan. It is tastefully decorated. The amenities were welcome. The welcoming committee was a pleasure. We had a very pleasant stay here and highly recommend it to anyone traveling through the area.”

“It was the perfect place for us to be. The view was excellent at sunrise. A few longhorn cattle visited us late one evening. We had our privacy from other guests, too. The cabin was furnished with everything we needed to be comfortable. Very good use of every space! Would highly recommend a stay, especially if you plan to attend the musical “Texas” which is performed down in Palo Duro Canyon in the summer months. Outstanding performance and extra special as the play is celebrating its 60th year……

“Location was excellent. Beds werw very comfortable. Wifi, washer and dryer along with garage were great bonuses. Communication with the host was excellent through text. The Vrbo communications were not accurate with multiple emails of messages that were not in the inbox. At the property, the grill and patio windows were covered in cobwebs and heavy dust with grill cover off and covered in the same. Complimentary snacks were two bags of trail mix and jar of lifesavers (didn't match pics). Coffee……

“Cabin was nice and fresh upon arrival. Cute, cozy, and perfect for 2 travelers. Had everything we needed to stay in and cook if needed. Tracy was easy to contact and accommodate on a request for an additional fan. Highly recommend for day trips into Palo Duro Canyon State Park. Definitely coming back!”
