“Good ”

“Staff was friendly. Breakfast normal hotel breakfast. The sheets though were itchy. We had two queens and both myself and grandson were just itchy from the sheets. NOT due to bed bugs or anything like that but possibly the detergent they use or something. So no we wouldn’t stay again because of the sheets.”

“The room is very spacious, renovated, very comfortable and clean. I like staying in such a hotel.”

“Room was very clean. There were charging stations where you just lay the phone on the platform and enough plugs if you needed to charge something else. Desk folded out for more space. Shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and lotion in dispensers. Pretty quiet except the neighbor with the loud tv, but the front desk helped with that. Breakfast was fine: cereal, instant oatmeal, bagels, eggs, sausage, juice, etc. Plenty of drink selections for coffee & tea. Front desk was friendly and effecient.”

“This is how it's done!! Check in was a breeze staff was so friendly even with a line at check in. Sheryl was absolutely wonderful and they are lucky to have her. She made our experience delightful and stress free which is what a trip is all about. We will definitely revisit !!!”

“This stay at the Holiday Inn Express Amarillo did much to restore our faith in Holiday Inns. Always loyal a couple of decades ago, we have had multiple experiences where Holiday Inns were run down with not-so clean carpets damp with smelly cleaning solutions, moldy grouted bathrooms and noisy window AC units. This Holiday Inn was well maintained, fresh and light with a better than average included breakfast. We have hesitated to stay in Holiday Inns for the last 10 years or so, but this stay……
