Very nice modern, clean hotel with comfortable room and very friendly and helpful staff. Restaurant a bit hit and miss in terms of prompt service but the food was generally decent (the tuna was excellent, the chicken burger was a disappointing mess that fell apart). Decent wine list and the breakfast buffet was good with plenty to offer varying tastes.

Well-kitted rooms - they thought of everything! Housekeeping after that was poor. Staff were very friendly though and breakfast was a hit! Service was at times very frustrating as things had to be repeated for any action to take place. Management or supervisory intervention was absent. Great place physically but the friendly staff need to deliver as well.

Solo-friendly hotel!

Staff is super welcoming & resourceful, Rooms very modern, breakfast had good options. The Bars both on the main floor & rooftop were a vibe & easy to mix/mingle with others. I felt comfortable staying here solo, even extended my stay!

Clean room with all the necessary ammenities. Pretty quiet, the only main noise would be the aircon or people walking past in the corridor. I ubered to the different places and back each day to ensure safety rather than walking from the hotel. I didnt use the gym or the pool, but both looked great and u was able to take a shower in the gym bathroom before my late night flight. Very safe as a solo female traveller.

A great hotel in lower downtown closish to the V&A waterfront. The quality was far better than any we had stayed at before in CT and at a great price. I highly recomment this property.
