"The hotel was really great, very clean and great atmosphere, in addition breakfast was fantastic, offering good value for money All of the receptionists and other staff we encountered were lovely , always offering a friendly face We had a really minor problem that was resolved in just a few minutes, but every member of staff were really helpful. They went above and beyond to deliver a fix and threw in a few complimentary additions in our stay. Thank you for helping making our stay in cairns so enjoyable"

There is a ceiling fan however. Main pool was closed indefinitely, I think they could have let us know about that in advance... Smaller pool was OK, we didn't try the lap pool but others reported it very cold. Breakfast was a little disappointing for the price ($35/$38.50 on weekends), limited range and most of the hot food wasn't hot."
