• Mataram is roughly 65 miles from Berawa. Well-known sights like Lombok Epicentrum Mall deserve to be high on your must-see list here.
• Your next stop? It has to be Banjar, which is around 35 miles away. Banjar Hot Springs is one local highlight you won't want to miss.
• Get out into the great outdoors and inhale the fresh air at Mount Bromo. It's approximately 160 miles from Berawa.

If you don't hold a driver's license issued in Indonesia, then you might need to acquire an International Driving Permit (IDP) in your place of residence to be allowed to rent a car. You should also be aware that if you do need an IDP, it has no validity on its own. You'll have to show your current driver's license your passport and other forms of ID as well.
