“Overall, the hotel's environment and facilities and staff are good, but two things make me uneasy. Firstly, the bed is wrinkled, which gives the impression that someone has slept on it before, although the quilt looks new. Secondly, the bottom of the swimming pool appears dirty, making it impossible to determine whether the water is clean or dirty.”

“The Hotel was Great. Everything we expected from being here before. The ONLY knock I’d give is, after being here for 4 days and spending what we did, I asked for a slightly longer checkout on departure day as our train didn’t leave for another 2 hours. The standard answer is 1 hour extra, after that we charge for a late check out. It was NOT that busy and I know for a fact the room we had was not looked at during that time. I just wish that Manage would empower the staff to think and apply……
