We have stayed here several times. Most recently in the build up to our wedding at Hensol Castle. The facilities and rooms are great, the breakfast is fantastic and the staff are all very friendly and helpful. We are staying again tomorrow night and very much looking forward to it.

All of the staff were friendly, efficient and completely responsive to our requests. All in all the hotel offered a high level of facilities and service and the location is ideal whether for visiting Cardiff or exploring the surrounding countryside. Highly recommended.

There for a wedding so the hotel room came in handy for family to rest and change clothes, the room was spacious and clean and the bed was comfy . The resort was clean throughout & our room was very good but sadly the beds & pillows were too hard for me resulting in disturbed sleep but this was just my experience as my husband thought they were very good. The reception staff were very good but unfortunately the breakfast staff were not as efficient. Every morning we had to ask for a table to be cleared & set for us even though it was not busy when we came for breakfast. I also had to ask for sugar for the table twice as only sweetener was available. The restaurant in the evening was but 1 of our party had to wait for their meal as it wasn't ready when ours was brought out. The bar staff were excellent.
