“Very cute! I loved the outdoor spaces! A short trip to Waterton and nice to come back to after a day of hiking. Host was great communicator. Better directions or map for the site would be a great addition.”

“It was a quiet space to come to at the end of our days while visiting Waterton Provincial Park. My kids enjoyed the park at the campground while we cooked and prepared for each day.”

“First time taking my family camping (kids age 7 and 9). They had a great time. The sport court is an awesome bonus to the site. Waterton is nice and close (about 20 minute drive). Trailer was clean and comfortable. Host was always quick to message back and let us check in early. Deck is nice and big. There is a campfire in front of the deck which I don't think was pictured. Two person hot tub was great and nice and clean. Would love to go back next summer!”

“Good set up with everything you need. Loved having coffee on the deck in the morning surrounded by trees. Close walk to the lake. Beautiful area and close to Waterton.”

“We loved the location right on Payne Lake which is swimable. The view of the lake and mountains in Waterton was spectacular and we loved sitting out on the deck in the evening. We rented the upper half of the house. Just be aware that sound does travel from the bottom house rental to the upper house rental. The soundproofing of the floor is pretty good in the bedrooms but the door that can be opened between units does not stop noise transfer. The owner of the property was excellent and worked……

“We stayed in July for 5 days. The accommodation was great for our family (2 kids). Very clean and great amenities like deck, yard, fire pit, filtered water, coffee! The kitchen was well stocked as well! There are a couple playgrounds 2min away, as well as a store selling ice cream, groceries, and some quick eats. There was no AC but it cooled down nicely at night. All in all, we highly recommend it!”

“We loved the view and the play space for the kids. We had a lot of fun outside. The horses visiting was lovely for the kids. Kitchen was well equipped. We were able to feed everyone out on the deck with all the picnic tables and the blackstone and bbq Bedrooms were set up well with the two beds and have us room and beds for everyone.”

“We never tired of the view of Payne Lake and the mts.Clean and well equipped but having luggage racks in the bedrooms would have been nice.Beds were comfortable. Lots of room for the 3 of us.”

“This is one of those vacation homes that you never want to leave! The view of the lake and surrounding mountains is incredible and peaceful. The home itself was comfortable and open. We loved being able to easily visit Waterton Lakes and Glacier National Parks. I can’t recommend this home enough.”

“Enjoyable and cozy time with hubby. Found areas near to take walks. Close to all our visits at Watterton. Beautiful sunrise the 1st morning. Very private and quiet.”

“Check in was accurate with a lock box. Listing showed beach chairs there wasn’t any. It was supposed to have enough paper towels and toilet paper for our stay from Thursday to Sunday. It did not. If you are looking for a clean house this is not the one for you. Floors were not cleaned bathrooms, walls and baseboards were filthy hair everywhere. Cobwebs in the doorways. The mattress with the king size bed was the worst mattress we have ever slept on. Soft and when you layed on it you sink down……

“Ivan was a nice enough guy. A little disorganized. He was confused when I called to check in, clearly not expecting us, and asked when we made the reservation (8 days in advance). He said, "Ok, I can put you in the upstairs unit." I'm not sure about the other rooms, but the "upstairs" room is gross. A black widow right inside the door, broken tiles on the stairs, empty soap dispenser, no soap or shampoo for the shower, weird smell, noisy beds. Not a great experience overall.”
