“The home was just as described and has everything needed for a comfortable stay. It’s located with walking distance of local eateries, markets, and a pharmacy. It’s also a short Uber drive from the Central Market in San Jose. The sunsets from the balcony were amazing and the hosts were so responsive. This home is a definite stay!”

“One word! Awesome! The only thing, I would recommend having a car. It’s not far from the city. But a 10 minute walk in the sun can be a little bit much for some. I would come back for sure. It really merits its name; Tranquility ”

Saw monkeys nearly everyday, including the one that tried to open our sliding glass door. Loved having the A/C units and the dehumidifier. The concierge, Geralyn, was very helpful and responsive. “Our stay was terrific - waking up to the sounds of the howler monkeys followed by layers of bird songs was amazing! We loved our compact apartment that provided everything we needed. Having access to buses, taxis, beach routes was great. So much diversity all in one place. The Manual park tours is a must along with Finca Rocio coffee and spice tour. Both made our stay that much more culturally enriching!”

“When we wrote our host to ask for check in instructions at 2:30 (for 4:00 check in that same day) we were informed we couldn’t be hosted due to repairs?? It would’ve been fantastic to have some advanced notice/communication about this so we weren’t surprised and left to find wifi/book a hotel close to the airport. Not quite the high point to end our trip on after a long drive. I couldn’t appropriately rate the location/cleanliness etc so to be fair I gave those 5 stars. She did refund our money...

“Newly renovated and comfortable, this sparkling clean condo was close to everything. We enjoyed having coffee and breakfast everyday outside in the courtyard. Also there is a small pool to cool off in after touring or a day at the beach. We especially liked how welcoming the neighbors were. Thanks for a great stay”

“We enjoyed our stay tremendously! The condo is in a great location, with a short walk to grocery and a few restaurants, although we mostly took an uber. It was very quiet at night and we enjoyed the breeze when we opened the doors.”
