“Bad location”

“Best location in Cartago for a hotel. Beds are not Marriott but they are clean and rooms are big enough for 3-4 people. The restaurant is good and not very expensive. The breakfast is nice and when they have the outdoor breakfast bar is probably my favorite experience of this hotel. If you’re going to be in Cartago, this is the best place to say. Very reasonably priced. Most of the staff is bilingual in Spanish and English.”

“I liked our rooms and staff were helpful. I didn’t like a parking lot and location. The parking was so tight that we couldn’t park there.”

“Everything this hotel had to offer was amazing which made for a great stay. Restaurant, Spa, Casino & Bars all on site were all a great experience and made for a great vacation. The downtown location made for a perfect central base for getting out and exploring all of Costa Rica with an agency right across the street for booking tour guided excursions. The entire hotel staff was very nice and helpful in every way. Their drivers for their provided shuttle service got me from airport to hotel on……
