Carterville Chalets

We had a corner spacious room close to the pool. The pool was huge and beautiful with large jacuzzi! The nearby winery would have been wonderful but it was closed. We had a lovely dinner at The Flame.

Great place to stay. We prefer a Drury over a Hampton or Fairfield.

It was Graduation weekend and they were sold out. I know they were very busy but every single person was extremely friendly and welcoming! Awesome job!!!

Absolutely perfect. Quick one night stay. Couldn’t ask for a better overall experience. From the cleanliness, prompt and courteous front desk check-in, clean, quiet, comfortable room with very large big screen TV, fast internet, single cup coffee maker, good quiet heater/AC unit. Lots of stores and places to eat nearby. Would definitely stay here again.

Cleanest hotel I’ve ever been in. Hotel breakfast was clean, hot, and so good compared to other hotels. The lady at the front desk (blond hair) was SO NICE!

Hey the pool was open and the fitness room was open that was nice for a change it's funny how everybody can sit around and eat breakfast together but they can't go in a pool where there are 20 feet apart or Fitness room where there is usually only one person in there at a time

This has become our go-to overnight stop between Atlanta and Kansas City with the family. The hotel is newly renovated and safe, and the staff is always super-friendly. The kids love the indoor pool and the hubby loves the workout room. The beds/pillows are comfy, the room is clean, and the bathrooms include all the basics. Geri is the best. I left something in the room 203 and she offered to drop it off before coming to work at a friend that works at pin oaks bar and motel. Thanks so much 😀we only come for four days during hunting season. We live six hours away. She a wonderful employee. 👍

Very clean and great value for the price

Our stay at Fairfield Inn was a quick but pleasant stay. During our visit to Marion we were under the weather with a cold. Our housekeeper must have noticed our vitamin C and medicine to help because she (Desiree) even left us an extra box of Kleenex. As small a gesture as it was, it was a very sweet one! Room was clean and everything worked as it should. Bed was comfortable but a little softer than I prefer. Room had a refrigerator. Staff were friendly and efficient. Free breakfast was minimal. Location is close to the interstate but too far to see or hear it.

A little hidden gem! When we first arrived my husband and I were a little taken back by the looks and tried to cancel our reservation! We were unable to and were both exhausted so we thought we would talk to the staff! SO friendly. They let us look at our room before we even checked in. It was not fancy, but immaculate clean! We were traveling and just wanted a clean, quiet place to stay for the night! And that’s exactly what we got!

Exactly what we needed and expected! Would stay here again. We had a late checkin and the front desk staff was friendly and helpful.

Live that this hotel was smoke free and pet friendly. We stopped in to rest on our travel home. Was clean and comfortable.
