“The staff are extremely friwndly and the resort is very clean. The room was spacious, but our bed was a little hard. We were still able to sleep. I would highly recommend this hotel and casino. I will be back soon.”

“Room was very basic, it was clean. It was missing some furniture a lot of empty space. There was still food in the mini fridge from last guest. Weird smell in hallway on first floor. Parking lot has considerable amount of trash in it. ”

“The room was fairly clean and the staff was very friendly. The breakfast leaves a lot to be desired. It was wrapped cinnamon buns, dry cereal and bad coffee. There were coffee packets and cups in the room, but no coffee maker. An OK place to spend the night, but nothing to write home about.”

“I’m upset because I booked this hotel for the pool specifically and it was under maintenance which id only found out after checking in. I didn’t stay there for the rest of the night, but I was clean.”

“The outside and lobby was clean. The young girl St the front desk was friendly and helpful. Th rooms were clean. The fridge was huge but looked a little rough on the outside but very clean on the inside. Beds weren’t too bad clean pillows soft. Bathroom has some tile broke sink was crewed to the wall. You can tell it wasn’t the original toilet that used to be in there didn’t match the spot on the floor and it moved when you sat firm on it. There was permanent stains on the tub But it was clean.……

“When they say you get what you paid for that is a true statement when booking at this property. Friday there is no one at the desk but a guy on a robot to check you in. Once I got checked in the light did not work, holes in the wall, sheets were stained with god know what, holes in the sheets and worst of all a bedbug was found in the bed. All the property offer was a new room and my deposit. I was there for 5 minutes and left to a different hotel. Run far away from this place as fast as you……

“Parking was horrendous/non-existent. Noise around the hotel was terrible. There is only one elevator in the center of the building so depending on where your room is and where you park, you might end up walking really far to your room and then back and forth to your car...nightmare. Upon entering the room, a foul odor. Dishwasher was rancid. That got better after we ran it. Garbage disposal didn't work and was full of rotten food. ”

“We were looking for a hotel close to Pheasant Hollow Winery in order to attend one of their special events. We hit the jackpot with SureStay... it is only a couple minutes from the winery and is very clean, quiet and apparently efficiently run. We will definitely use in the future. ”

“Decent location, and was pet friendly. Other guests were extremely loud and staff never seemed to interfere. Fairly certain illegal activities were taking place. Stayed 5 days, my room was never cleaned and I never received more towels or toilet paper, or so much as a trash bag after my can became full. Also the room didnt have a microwave, nor a coffee pot. ”
