“The room was clean and the decor cool.”

“HORRIBLE place and HORRIBLE customer service! When we arrived, the desk clerk was talking on her cell phone. She saw us and did not end her call or acknowledge us for approximately 15 minutes. We requested a handicap accessible room; however, we were assigned a 2nd floor room and there are NO elevators. We asked for any room available on the 1st floor...because I would not be able to carry my husband up and down the stairs! They claimed not to have any available and refused a refund. We booked……

“AC didn’t keep cool at night time. Pool was supposed to be heated but cold. Rooms are dated and need some attention. It’s a decent hotel for the area but overpriced for overall room condition.”

“I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. The staff was rude, the owner was even worse. We checked out early and was still charged for the entire reservation. Also some how our cc information was mishandled and being used at other properties.”
